Crafted from Chirimen silk, a traditional Japanese silk fabric characterized by its distinctive bumpy, crimped surface texture known as Shibo. Supple yet durable, Chirimen silk drapes beautifully while retaining its strength. It comes in its original Paulownia wooden box and remains in good vintage condition.
Can be used for gift wrapping, worn as a scarf or simply as a collectors piece of Japanese textile art.
