This antique Nagajuban was originally worn beneath a kimono, but it’s far too lovely to stay hidden. Hand-sewn from soft, textured silk with a floral design, fully lined with red silk.

Wear it over jeans, a summer dress, or layered for any colorful look. The length is easy to wear and the vibrant red silk brings a pop of color to your outfit.

As an authentic antique piece, it shows signs of age and previous love, particularly around the collar. The red silk has transferred some color in the area where the original silk half-collar (han-eri) was attached. Overall, it remains in good vintage condition.
