Rose pink Furoshiki with bright colored snowflake pattern

This colorful vintage Furoshiki in rose pink can be used in many ways, wrapping a gift, as a bag or a scarf. The bright colored print is hand printed (known as Edo dyeing), it contains various small traditional Japanese patterns. The large circular drawings of snowflakes were often used in Noh costumes during the Momoyama period, a sophisticated and beautiful pattern. This Furoshiki is in perfect vintage condition, no flaws at all.
