HARU – vintage silk Haori in light yellow with grass blade motif
Elegant vintage silk Haori (Kimono jacket) from the 1960s. Crafted in a light yellow, vanilla hue, its flowing fabric is adorned with a delicate blades of grass design. This handsewn piece is lined with luxurious beige silk, featuring a woven floral and Sayagata pattern — a traditional Buddhist motif symbolizing eternity and continuity. A true mark of craftsmanship, it comes with silk hand-braided Himo cords, perfect for securing the Haori with a graceful touch.
This vintage treasure has a few minor, hardly visible stains, its in good vintage condition. Haru is Japanese female name meaning ‘light’ or ‘spring’.
