Nagisa – Kimono jacket with blue gray waves design
This Kimono jacket has a wonderful design of rough waves, it is probably inspired by the waves of famous Japanese artist Hokusai. The colors of the waves are blue, silver, gray and a hint of dark red. This Kimono jacket is slightly longer and is made of an acrylic fiber fabric with a very subtle metallic finish, which makes the fabric feel slightly rough. The lining has a beautiful design of Sakura flowers and Geisha women. This Kimono jacket is in good condition t seems unused, it only has a few small stains in the centre of the lining due to long storage, see last image. Reflected in the price. This Kimono jacket dates from the 1980s. Nagisa is a unisex Japanese name meaning ‘beach’ or ‘shore’.
