Vintage creative kokeshi with bright flowers

This beautiful lady can most likely be assigned to master Shimegi Tanaka (aka Kojo Tanaka). The wood has a very nice dark vintage look, her kimono is painted with neon orange and white plum blossom. The hairline and the dotted pattern on her kimono are burned into the wood. She is in good vintage condition. I have not seen this design before, it is a unique kokeshi doll.
