Yamabuki – antique Haori in ochre-coloured, supple silk

This antique Haori (Kimono jacket) dates from around the 1930s. Handmade from supple and super soft silk in a ocher color. This brocade woven silk has a beautiful design of birds in various color shades, long sleeves and a silk lining. A real beauty! This antique Haori is in good vintage condition, the lining shows some tiny spots due to aging. Yamabuki is a Japanese yellow-gold Koi fish.
