This exquisite vintage Haori (Kimono jacket) is hand-sewn from luxurious black silk. A moonlit forest pattern is subtly woven into the fabric with delicate metallic threads in varied hues, catching the light beautifully as you move.
The Haori is fully lined with beige silk, featuring an elegant woven floral pattern. A truly one-of-a-kind piece, it’s timeless, elegant and elevates even the simplest outfit. This Haori came with it’s tailor’s original silk basting threads (Shitsuke) still in place, to preserve shape during storage. Clearly an indication that it has never been worn, therefore in perfect condition. So you get all the soul of a vintage piece with the freshness of something new. Hikari is a Japanese unisex name meaning ‘brightness’ or ‘illumination’.
