TSUMUGI – vintage Tsumugi silk Haori in jeans blue
This blue Tsumugi silk Haori (Kimono jacket) has a subtle sheen and is made from hand-spun yarn. I really like the combination of the abstract geometric lines and little motifs in white and grey against a jeans blue background.
The Haori is durable yet lightweight, comfortable to wear and doesn’t crease easily. The strong hand-spun silk makes a distinctive, crisp sound as you move. Tsumugi is a traditional Japanese silk textile known for its characteristic texture and sturdy feel.
The Haori is in excellent condition and appears unworn. There are just a few small age-related stains on the lining from long-term storage.
