Shinju – silk Kimono jacket in a warm vanilla shade with magnificent details
Ooh, look at this gem! The color of this magnificant silk Haori (Kimono jacket) is best described as a shade between pale peach and a warm vanilla. A really beautiful color! This vintage Kimono jacket is handmade in Japan of a soft silk fabric with various magnificant woven details, both in light metallic colors and in the fabric color. The cream-orange colored silk cords (Haori himo) are handmade and are included, with these cords you can close the jacket nicely. The leather belt is not included. The lining has a beautiful pattern of dark yellow roses. This Haori is in very good condition, there is only a small stain on one of the sleeves. Reflected in price. This Kimono jacket dates from the 1970s or 1980s. Shinju is a Japanese girl name and means ‘pearl’
