Vintage Kokeshi lady with handpainted flowers

This vintage Kokeshi doll is handmade in Japan. Beautiful flowers are hand-painted on her body. Unfortunately, based on the style and signature, I cannot identify the original master who created this lady. I suspect it is a rare Kokeshi. This wooden lady dates from the 60s or 70s and is in good vintage condition.
