YORU – Vintage silk Haori (Kimono jacket) in night blue
Stunning vintage silk Haori crafted from luxurious deep navy silk. It features an abstract pattern of fine blue lines flowing organically across the fabric, with subtle textured sections creating a refined, light-catching relief effect. The interior is lined with smooth silk adorned with a delicate floral motif.
Finished with hand-knotted silk Himo cords, the Haori can be worn open or softly fastened at the front. Its slightly longer length makes it perfect for styling with a contrasting leather belt or a vintage silk Obijime cord for a more defined silhouette.
Dating from around the 1970s to 1980s, it remains in excellent vintage condition. I named it Yoru, meaning “night.”
