Minka – pale bluegrey Kimono Jacket with all-over woven Japanese design
Look at this amazing Japanese pattern! The outer fabric of this Haori (short Kimono) is a sturdy synthetic silk in a pale blue-grey color with an all-over woven design of a Japanese landscape with various plants and traditional farmhouses called Minka (meaning “house of the people”), these houses can still be found in northern Japan. The silk lining is in a yellow beige with a subtle pattern. This Kimono jacket is in good vintage condition. It has some minor stains on one sleeve, see image.
